<p>Hope Amsterdam, Director of Federal Relations and Regulatory Affairs, came to Patriotic Consulting from Congressman John Adler’s office. As a senior member of his legislative team, she advised the Congressman on issues including health care, education, social security, women’s rights, and child and family welfare. She also extensively worked on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and participated in high level negotiations with Congressional Leadership, from introduction to passage. Prior to working for Congressman Adler, Hope worked for three and a half years for Congressman Bill Pascrell. She counseled the Congressman on issues including veterans, health care and traumatic brain injury, the Italian-American caucus and federal employees. Hope received a Masters degree in Business Administration and Government from Johns Hopkins University and she completed her undergraduate work at American University.  Hope is originally from Wayne, New Jersey, and currently resides with her husband in the Washington, DC area.		  </p>

He works directly with special interest and political organizations to meet the government and public affairs goals of ICS clients. Chance has specialized in building partnerships and coalitions of often opposing groups to work with our clients and has had great success in his legislative lobbying efforts in the time he has been with the firm. </p>
<p>            Chance also works closely on state and federal regulatory processes as well as identifying areas where clients can maximize potential dollars from grants and appropriations on the state and federal level.</p>
<p>            Through his successful lobbying efforts on &#8220;Ricci&#8217;s Law&#8221; and ATV legislation Chance has developed close working relationships with key legislative leaders and staffers on both sides of the political aisle all across the state, as well as a keen understanding and network working with state departments on a myriad of issues.</p>
<p>            Chance brings to the office the skills of managing people, time, and budgets acquired from running two successful construction companies in Kentucky and Florida. Chance currently serves as the Executive Director of the New Jersey Prosperity Project promoting voter awareness of the issues that affect their lives and employment most as well as increasing participation in the political process by the New Jersey citizenry.</p>
<p>          Chance attended the University of Kentucky majoring in political science and has worked in various political campaigns in Kentucky and Florida.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="mailto:rlevesque@insightconsultingservices.net?subject=Inquiry%20regarding%20ICS%20services">Rich Levesque</a> is the <em>Director of Public Outreach and Political Affairs</em> at Insight Consulting Services.  He is the former Executive Director of the Burlington County Republican Committee, Mount Holly. Rich is a graduate of Manhattan College, Riverdale, NY, with undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics. He previously worked as a political consultant with Jamestown Associates, where he consulted for over 50 Congressional campaigns throughout the nation, as well as, numerous nonprofit and 527 groups. Rich was Doug Forrester’s Political Director during his 2005 campaign for New Jersey Governor. Besides working for state and federal candidates, Rich has managed and consulted on dozens of local and county elections too.</p>
<p>      Rich has worked on national campaigns as well. He has an extensive background in grassroots advocacy while working with many national non-profit and 527 groups on issues that range from technology initiatives to immigration reform. While consulting on national political campaigns, Rich worked with national trade associations and numerous political action committees.</p>
<p>      He has served on the New Jersey Council on Local Mandates. Rich was elected to the Robbinsville Township Council in November 2008. He was unanimously elected by his fellow Council members to serve as Council President in July 2009. He also serves on the Robbinsville Township Open Space Advisory Committee, the Robbinsville Township Economic Development Advisory Committee and formed the Robbinsville Municipal Alliance on Prevention of Drug and Alcohol Abuse. Rich has been able to secure grant funding from the state and county to fully subsidize the activities of the committees he serves.</p>
<p>      Through his past work with local and county governments, Rich has expertise in securing contracts at the state, county and local levels of government. When trying to work through government bureaucracy clients turn to Rich to assist them with cutting through the red tape. He has an extensive portfolio of business development clients and ones that need assistance working through the legislative process. He has developed strong relationships over the years with many of Governor Christie’s closest advisors as well as many of his cabinet appointees. He has worked closely with members of both sides of the political aisle.</p>
<p>      Rich has appeared in many online news publications such as Forbes.com, NJ.com, Philadelphia Business Journal, Yahoo.com and many others. He has also appeared on NJ101.5FM, WCBS-NY, New Jersey Network and News12 New Jersey discussing legislative initiatives for his clients.Rich currently serves on the Board of Directors for the City of Angels. City of Angels is a nonprofit organization that works with people with substance abuse problems. Rich was one of the original founding members of the organization. He also is a founding member of the Hudson County JC organization and sits on their Board of Directors with many other young elected officials and business leaders throughout the state. He has extensive experience in fundraising for nonprofit organizations as well as for political leaders throughout the state and country. </p>

At ICS, she specializes in legislation and strategic partnerships. In addition to lobbying, she also assists with event management services and administrative support. </p>
<p>          Thea holds a Psychology degree from Rutgers University . She resides in Marlton and is active at the local level, serving on the Burlington County Democratic Committee. She is a founding member on the Evesham Celebrations Foundation Committee and is co-chair of the Taste of Evesham Committee. She is a member of the Evesham Schools PTAs and assists with event planning through these groups.</p>
<p>          Thea has previously worked within the restaurant industry and, along with her husband and several partners, is co-owner of several Saladworks franchise locations. She and her husband have three children.</p>

<p><strong>PERSONAL:</strong></p>
<p>Mr. Milita, is a graduate of King’s College. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1979 from Temple University School of Law. After serving a Teaching Fellowship, Mr. Milita became a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. Over the next several years, Mr. Milita established himself as a singularly accomplished legal professional, spending time as an Assistant Prosecutor in Hunterdon County, an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County, and a Special Investigative Attorney for GPU Nuclear. From 1981 to 1983, he held the position of New Jersey State Deputy Attorney General, where he served as Chief of Tax Fraud and Chief of the Solid Waste Unit of the Antitrust Section of the Division of Criminal Justice. Mr. Milita again served as a Deputy Attorney General from 1985 to 1990 and then held positions as general counsel in government affairs and administrative law at Sills Cummis and Riker Danzig. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Milita spearheaded the turnaround of Fiore Group Companies as Chief Executive Officer, demonstrating his strong aptitude for senior-level leadership. In 2001, Mr. Milita co-founded Holman Public Affairs, LLC, serving as Managing Partner. In addition to his other achievements, Mr. Milita also spent 2002 as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at King’s College. Mr. Milita has published widely on topics in private equity and venture capital financing as well as corporate compliance and solid waste laws, and he has been admitted to membership in the Administrative and Business Law Sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Milita was selected for both Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the World. </p>

Pete has over 27 years of state and federal government relations experience. As former Vice President of the Stewart Agency, Pete lobbied on behalf of numerous concerns including Anheuser-Busch, Lockheed Martin, GlaxoSmithKline, and many hospitals and healthcare systems, among others. Through his work with these clients, Pete has developed valuable expertise in legislative monitoring, advocacy and public relations.</p>
<p>        Pete has significant healthcare experience as well.
